Pre-natal Exercises Please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program while pregnant. Please wait until your second trimester before beginning any exercise regime. The exercises are modified to meet your physical goals, even up to the time of delivery. Pilates relieves the effects of the physical demands of pregnancy, including back and neck pain, muscular inflexibility, stress, and anxiety. Private and duo sessions are available for expectant mothers. Please call to schedule appointments.
