A Pilates studio located in Los Angeles on historic Larchmont Boulevard. It was founded in 1999 and has served the local community ever since. The instructors have taught a combined schedule totaling over 10,000 hours during the last 4 years and have up to 10 years of experience. An in-house apprenticeship program leads potential teachers through a comprehensive study of the system.

Instructors who represent this studio have high expectations placed upon them before he or she is permitted to teach. These standards include a complete knowledge of the placements and movements of choreography for each exercise on the mat and on each apparatus. Teachers are also expected to command a thorough knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology.
